French 79 is well … a French band created by Simon Henner. I’ve loved French 79 for a few years now, but I’m just going to stop writing and say just watch … this is easily the greatest video/song I’ve seen/heard in weeks/months.
Drown feat. Au/Ra by EKALI
The song Drown has been out for about 25 days now, 15 of which it’s been stuck in my head for. Not my usual cup of jam but I have to admit it’s catchy af and the production value is on cue.
As for the rest of the album, ambient percussion is a huge part of this album. If you’re looking for the next electronic trends — like that weird high pitched voice thing everyone did three years ago, or the womp womp — you’ll probably find some fresh trendsetters on here.
